We’re looking for someone who can fabricate, weld, and handle mechanical work on heavy equipment. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just want to weld parts – but wants to build, repair, and problem-solve complete machines. You’ll be working on drill rigs, crawler carriers, trucks, trailers, and custom builds. Every job is different, and most require both fabrication and mechanical involvement.

- Take ownership of jobs from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of fabrication/welding experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude (heavy equipment, trucks, or similar)
- Ability to read prints and work independently

Compensation and Benefits:
- $32–$38/hr depending on experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k)
- Steady, year-round work
- Variety of work – no repetitive production welding
- Opportunity to grow into advanced builds, troubleshooting, and equipment work

NOTE: If you’re only interested in production welding, this is not the role for you.
